Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Procurement Specialist to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include negotiating contracts, executing orders, handling and tracking change orders, tracking shipments, participating in department meetings, and ensuring a consistent flow of supplies to maintain uninterrupted processes.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment, preferably with a 2-4 year degree.
Proficiency in SAP PO is a must, along with strong Excel skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
2.
Execute purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
3.
Handle and track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
4.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
5.
Participate in department meetings to provide updates on procurement activities and address any issues or concerns.
6.
Ensure a consistent flow of supplies to support uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
1.
2-4 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment.
2.
Preferably a 2-4 year degree in a related field.
3.
Proficiency in SAP PO is essential.
4.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
5.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

00 AM - 5:
00 PM Salary:
