Coordinate and expedite within the melt shop production and maintenance teams the flow of work and materials in order to accomplish production schedule and weekly/monthly targets. Oversee and optimize planning and production in the melt shop. Measure and oversee the melt shop production output. Confer with shift leaders or team managers to assess progress and discuss needed changes. Allocate and re-allocate production orders, or revise production schedules when required due to order changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, production, or engineering. Examine materials and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance with standards and specifications. Distribute production schedules and work orders as needed. Prepare daily/weekly production schedules, review and check schedules created by team members. Assist in assuring the continued supply of pre-material to both Cold Rolling Plants located in Calvert, AL and San Luis Potosi (Mex).
Must hold previous stainless steel melting industry experience. Requires travel to Mexico 2 to 3 times per year.
Three (3) years in shop floor and production planning.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
